What does remanufactured cartridge mean?
Recycled cartridges that are disassembled by third parties (other than OEMs) and have their worn parts replaced are called remanufactured cartridges. To guarantee print quality, remanufactured cartridges are refilled, tested in the factory and repackaged. Our competitive advantage is that we only sell the remanufactured toners where the drum has been changed in each toner. Most of our competitors sell cheaper remanufactured toner cartridges without changing the drum inside.

Why are some cartridges (especially inkjet cartridges) so expensive?
Unfortunately some cartridges are very expensive and might even cost more than the printers that they are used in. As resellers, we don't have any role in this, and in fact we have only very small margins in the new OEM cartridges. Almost all the proceeds from the sale price go to the Manufacturer of your printer. We would recommend you use our refill kits or compatible cartridges to decrease the overall cost of your printing

Why do I need to buy bulk printer inks rather than OEM inks?
Buying remanufactured ink cartridge in bulk presents many advantages to homes and businesses. First, it is a sure way to save money since ink cost drop up to 1000%. If you want to cut your bottomline, you can start with buying bulk inks. By buying in bulk you can also apply for shipping discounts and shop for printer inks more conveniently.


How can I clean my sink filled with printer ink?
Most inks are water-soluble. Use plenty of soap and warm water. You may also need to use Comet or a similar cleaner if the stains persist.

What are the different types of printer ink cartridges?
There are two main types of printer ink cartridges. These are Sponge-Filled Cartridges and Vacuum Retained Cartridges. The sponge-filled cartridge is the most common type especially found in inkjet cartridges. Meanwhile Vacuum printer ink cartridges are mainly developed by HP for their printers.

What do I do when there are airbubbles in the printerhead?
Air bubbles is a common problem for newly-installed printer ink refills. Air inside the printer ink cartridge means that it will have difficulty printing. Use the precaution to prevent air going into yor printer cartridges: 1) Inject ink from the bottom of the sponge and slowly fill the cartridge in this manner. The idea is that the air will rise to the top; 2) Tap the side of the cartridge repeatedly for several minutes and move the air bubbles at top; or 3) Let the cartridge sit for a night or a weekend. In many cases, the air will remove it.

How to open a printer ink cartridge?
Opening a printer ink cartridge is not advisable, unless necessary for inserting ink during a refill.? To insert ink, make an opening, limited to as small as possible, in the top of the ink chamber.? This is usually possible by piercing foil or a small vent towards the top of the cartridge.? This opening will be used to insert the ink via the refill syringe, and does not require to be resealed after use.? It is advisable to handle an open ink cartridge with care, particularly in proximity to carpets and furnishing, given the propensity to leak and stain.

How do I install a new cartridge?
